Jon is the new Musical Director of Chaminade Women’s Chorus.
In the fall of 2006, Chaminade begins their 65th season of performing in the Fox
Valley.
Jon graduated from Lawrence University Conservatory of Music in 1986 where he studied Organ and Harpsichord with Marian Clapp Duncan and George Edward Damp. While at Lawrence University, Jon was the leader in the Lawrence Choir and Chamber Singers.
Prior to becoming Chaminade’s Musical Director, Jon served as their accompanist for 26 years.
Jon’s keyboard skills attest to his dedication and reputation as a superb pianist and organist.
He is the former Director of the AAL (Aid Association for Lutherans) Choir.
He is presently the accompanist for the MacDowell Male Chorus, The Appleton
Boychoir, The UW Fox Chorale and other area schools.
Jon is a solo performer, a private music instructor, and is celebrating his
20th year serving as the organist at Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Appleton.
